Thank you for choosing Up At Six Premier Avian Classifieds. You will find this the most effective way to sell your birds and bird related products. Every month thousands of ads are placed on Up At Six and viewed by tens of thousands of aviculturists and bird hobbyists. Because of this, we have a few rules that we require you to follow.

Please take a moment to read our terms of service user agreement. By signing up to use this service you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to abide by all system rules. Failure to comply can result in account suspension and or termination without notice. No refunds will be given. We reserve the right to move/edit/remove all ads that we feel are inappropriate.

  1. Only one (1) account per user is allowed. (Please do not re register because you lost/forgot your user name/password.) If you are having difficulties logging into your accounts, please Contact Support.
  2. No account sharing with the exception of 1 employee and or immediate family members. You are 100% responsible for your account.
  3. Providing false contact information is grounds for immediate suspension and/or grounds for removal. Your information is private and will not be given out or sold. For more information please see our Privacy Policy.
  4. You may only post advertisements for yourself or your business. You may NOT post advertisements for friends or family members.
  5. No SPAMMING PERIOD! Do not spam your advertisement to the different forums and do not send unsolicited emails or private messages to other members. Sending unsolicited email or private messages is poor internet etiquette.
  6. No SCAMMING! If you are caught selling bogus birds or items, your account will be canceled and all information will be given to the authorities.
  7. No HARASSMENT! There are to be no gross obscenities, racial slurs or bigoted language. Act professional and courteous. Posting others personal information without their consent will also not be tolerated. If you see something out of line, contact the webmasters via the post reporting feature.
  8. No Flooding. Please do not post same ad over and over in efforts to keep yours at the top. This is considered flooding and is frowned upon. Remember your ad stays up until you remove it and the search function will pick it up. A well worded ad far exceeds the benefits you will receive over flooding the boards. Do not use robots or automatic posting mechanisms to place ads.
  9. Please keep you ad on topic. If there is no appropriate area for your ad, please contact Support so we can create it. Remember, there are thousands of others on Up At Six with the same interests as you. If you could use a new forum to promote your items, surely someone else could.
  10. Advertising your web site - referencing your website in your signatures and in your ads is fine but do not use this system strictly to advertise websites (competing or otherwise). We offer banner advertising for this. Our readers come here for specific aviculture related information. When reading a forum on breeder birds, one expects to find breeder birds, not references to other web servers. Please don't abuse the openness of the system.
  11. Posting on upatsix.com is a privilege, not a right. Failure to comply with these terms will result in immediate account cancellation. If your account is terminated all fees paid are forfeited. There are no refunds.
