I just thought I would stop in and say hello.
Bhakti and I havent been around for a while but we were thinking about the folks here and decided to see how everyone was doing....

Bhakti is now almost 10 its amazing that he could be ten.... He is doing well and is a good overall guy.... He gets along well with the dogs and the cat and he talks and sings up a storm. He still doesn't get as much attention as I would like him to get but he is doing well. He is in full feather and is a healthy happy cockatoo who has his moments but don't we all!!!!

There are times when I thought we wouldn't get this far but over time he has turned into a good friend.... a loud but good friend....

I am finishing up my PhD and am teaching sociology at a university
Our dog population has grown here and we now have 4 flat coated retrievers and 4 goldens along with Janet a ragdoll cat and we are waiting for another kitten as soon as the breeder has a nice boy.

I hope that you are all doing well and that all the fids I remember are still doing well as well as the new kids that I have yet to meet.

One of my birds is a rehomed Rose Breasted Cockatoo. He is quite the character. I also used to have a rehomed Triton Cockatoo, but unfortunately, she had to be euthanized. I still miss her. The RB2 is not a cuddly bird, although he likes to hang out.

How wonderful to see a post from you. I don't get on UAS much any more so I missed you when you posted. Bhakti looks wonderful.

Many things have changed in my life. I'm engagaed to be married. The wedding is in April. Jon is a wonderful man and he loves the fids as much as I do. Charley Bird is his constant shadow.
