I haven't been around much lately......been very busy. Woody and Boss are both doing just great though! I just got my sept issue of Birdtalk and I had entered my lovie Pip in the lovebird article in that issue....... Pip's pics never made it in, I think because they weren't the correct size. They had emailed me and asked if I had them larger, but my answers to their questions did make it in and also my name. So, yes that is me in the lovie article.....no Pip though very cute article though and cute name....where has all the love gone! I also noticed a couple of other really good articles in this issue, one of which is about bird safe pans........ they mention the greenpan, which I bought.....so check it out!
Well, darn it! Mine came today, but just the cover I called, and they're mailing me another issue, but now it'll be who knows how long before I get to read about you and Pip. Glad you made it in! Congratulations
Awww, that's a pain! I was waiting anxiously for mine because I heard that the lovie article was in this issue......I would have been mad if only the cover came! lol
OH I need to read the article again. I also read the article about the greenpans which I have also. Don't you just love those darn pans? I cook so comfortable with them knowing that my baby girl is safe..
Ah ha! you are quoted on pg. 76!!!! Way to go! It is too bad they didn't put Pip's picture in. I am going to write a letter to the editor about their article on princess of wales parakeets and send in louie's pic! ha!! This is a good issue especially the article on feather picking
My replacement issue finally arrived just now. I'd almost given up. Kim, I DO believe you love that Pipster of yours Very good description and fun to see you and Pip in print
Yes......he is quite the character! He is madly in love with my newest addition Ivy, a blueheaded pionus, who is SO much bigger than he is! but he don't mind! He just loves her!
