Spots on the underside of the wing feathers and stripes on the underside of the tail would indicate female or not fully mature. Males will look like females 'till they Molt (shed) the younger feathers and are replaced by mature ones. If you don't have the spots or the stripes and do have the yellow mask you have all the outward indicators of a male. In any event you have a beautifull bird.

    That would be so if it were the case with all mutations.... but not all mutations have spots and stripes.... and there are some pearl males that have been keeping their pearls into adulthood.... so it doesn't exactly surprise me to hear of an older bird (2+ years old) who may show signs of being both male and female (chimera eclectus - for an example), or of what appears to be a male laying eggs....
