I did win the bid at clubb's auction to no avail, even though I won the bid she wanted more money and I wouldn't do that at an absolute auction.

Kevin Clubb sold me my breeding pair. I bought another female and now wanting a male to go with her.

They are absolutely precious, intelligent and talkers. Temperment has nothing to do with purchaing these macaws for they are not not pets but only to Avianitarians for propagating to save the rare Blue Headed Macaw.
with making that statement above, I'll say they truely are remarkable and I do enjoy watching them explore and be so curious and playful.

awesome Cherane!

indeed that's always weird when someone officially enters into an auction then says the closing price was too low to let go  glad u got ur pair anyways, they sure soud like in expert hands for reproducing! is there any organized breeding consortium for this species?

best,
neil

Not any longer to my knowledge. I need a male to go with my female so if you hear of one that is one or two years of age...look to my direction please.

ye, can you imagine turning down sixteen thousand or was it eighteen thousand for two small macaws? that cost elsewhere maybe 173 bucks?

The female cost me a great ten grand and two hundred by the time I paid to get her here.

I think Dr. Clubb still has a pair for sale at twenty thousand if your interested. Offspring from that pair cannot go with my macaws offspring so it is a small group of us that have these macaws.

I need to find a clean sweep of blood to go with my female that I can put together pairs.

Keep me in mind..
