Help Please - Hahns vs. Yellow Collar

Hi!

If you had to choose between a Hahns Mini Macaw or a Yellow Collar Macaw, what do you think. Looking for the one that would "maybe" stay pleasant as they get older and the hormonal stage. Also, would you think male or female as a pet.

Baby would get lots of one on one and out of cage time.
