I have a M.M. he is wonderful, the big green chicken...He is 13 months old and acts more like a dog than a bird..... He is very affectionate and clingy (very clingy) he talks some.... I also have a MM and he's 15 months old and far from a chicken! He does like to cuddle on his terms and is a talker: I love you, what's up, the sky, the sky is blue, wanna go outside, wanna look out window, wanna rub rub, come here, stop that, animal cracker, water, hi, hello, and some mambo jambo we can't understand yet.

He is living up to his reputation as being nippy. He doesn't bite but will pinch. Took him months to warm up to Daddy, but with me working weekends and evenings, he didn't have a choice.

He is very curious and not easily intimidated.

Hi Esther, thanks for the tips on what I might expect from Bangle.
He hasn't showed any of the problems that a few folks told me to be ready for. The cuddle is one thing that did sorta surprise me, he can't get enough of it. Yep I'm havin fun.

glad to hear he's doing so well. Tequila loves to be rubbed along the bottom of his lower mandible. I have to preen his pinnies every night! He's getting back into laying down on the pillow on the loveseat. We moved it into a different room and he was leary at first. Now, he'll roll over to one side and let me rub under his wings. Snuggle sessions are great!

Glad you saw the pix. Looking forward to hearing more about the MMs.
