Does anyone know the going price for a handfed Jubilee Macaw baby? Greenwing/Harlequin cross

Probably the amount that people are willing to pay for them. Most hybrid macaws usually sell within the $1,200-$1,600 range, although some are sold for more or less. It may depend on the type of hybrid as well as the coloration (i.e. "red dominant" or "orange dominant" or "green dominant" hybrids)
