Healthy nuts, healthy diet, Red Palm Oil, cooked eggs, exercise. Have you tried asking an avian vet????

A thin parrot is serious. That is a symptom of a lot of illnesses. Your bird may need a prescribed antibiotic first. Also, the junk medications from the pet store rarely work if you were thinking of going that route. Diet change is secondary. Birds hide their illnesses for a long time and by the time one notices a problem, it could be too late. An AVIAN vet needs to look at the bird and test it ASAP.

Thx. for explaining clearer. It must have been the long beak hindering your bird being able to eat, then. Try giving the bird sunflower seed, peanuts and other nuts too.
