I want to sprout my own seed mixes to give my lovebird, but I have no idea how. I feel very stupid about this : (. Can anyone give me any ideas?

Update...
Lolita would not eat any vegetables or fruits a week ago. Now, she is eating kale (which she absolutely loves), pineapple, and cucumbers. We are still working on other veggies.

It's pretty easy to sprout seeds.... just buy a good sprout mix and follow the directions... here's a few sites, too
