Has anyone encountered lutino females not liking female people?
I've had this lovebird now for a week and a half. I do almost all of the care and feeding, yet she still bites me hard all the time. The 3 guys in my family get different treatment. She will warning bite, but not as hard, and she will step up onto their fingers, but not mine. I don't get it. I eat breakfast with her, I spend time talking to here. The guys don't. I've read females are territorial, just not with female people.

hmmm...my lovebird doesnt do that. but an african grey at my brothers school is the opposite. he like females but wont take to males. he was very aggresive with my dad and even my brother. but loved my mom and me. im not sure what causes it..
