Gramma, I think it is only important that you don't cover too much space in your lovebird's cage - that means that the bird does not bump her head or her wings while trying to move in the cage. Moving toys is good, so the bird doesn't get bored by them. My advice is that you try to figure out which toys is your bird noticing and take out all the others from the cage. You can try to put them back again later or what's even better, try to make your bird play with those outside of the cage.
I can't help you with attaching a pic. Sorry :(

Gramma, you pic has to be from another website. I post mine on Photobucket.com and then the photos on that site will have a image link, a url link, and a tag link. If your photo has a img link, copy and paste it into your message. I don't even use the Img button. Good Luck!

Too many toys ? Its funny, I recall you saying you felt sorry for my birds because they had no toys. So let me put my two cents in. Its nice to have one or two toys in a cage to satisfya birds natural curiosity. Specially a toy that they can break and get something out if it like food. The bigger more demanding species like cockatoos and macaws need it more for psychological reasons more than anything else since they get so bored being left alone in a cage 10 ours a day. Any bird in "breeding" mode will ignore toys for the most part cause they're too busy nesting, caring, or worring about babies. Again, birds can use a littly stimulation but for the most part, I think that people overdo the toy thing for their own psychologilal reasons. Mainly to call themselves a good bird "parent".
Again, for the birds entertainment, not the persons, one or two toys are more than enough. Cages are small enogh allready, what they really need is room to fly and not hit themselves in the process. Hope this helps, I saw that you were helped allready with your "crop" question. I can add my two cents there if you'd like too.
