Well, not entirely pink. For sale is my pink pied [or red factor] Timneh hen. She is a good breeder that takes great care of her babys. According to the info I received when I bought her she is a domestic bird and is about 15 years old now. She is in great condition with a full meaty breast and all toes. If you see the band on her in the photo it is MY BAND that I put on her. The band has my initials and a number only, for my records. I am removing the band when shes sold. In the photo her feathers are a little ruffled from netting her to get the photos shown. This was a very hard decision to sell her but its time to cut back because of my age, health, and the fact that I'm moving long distance. I was going to keep her because of her coloring but have reluctantly decided to sell her. I sold her mate about 5 months ago. With the normal colored mate she had, some of the babies had xtra red or pink feathers. She should to be paired up with a pied or red factor male to try and bring out more red or pink feathers. Her coloring is totally natural, not enhanced in any artificial way by food, vitamins, photoshop, etc. She was a normal colored Timneh until she had her first clutch then the pink and red started to come out. She certainly carries the genes for this coloring but I think her hormones raging when she initally started to breed might have had something to do with triggering the actual color change. Its possible that her babies feathers may change to red or pink when they get hormonal also. She is guaranteed healthy, I have plenty of referances, and I will ship, weather permitting. I'm selling her for the best offer over $2000. I will not sell her for less than $2000.
