I'm in the exact same situation. Placed an order 03/22/2010 and I haven't gotten my order. In fact, I never received a conformation email or anything like that. My credit card was charged on the 22nd for sure. I can confirm that the numbers listed on the web site are disconnected. I emailed through the site AND emailed through Outlook using the supplied email address on their website for "joey". Never heard back!

Obviously this site is a complete and total scam. I looked them up on the Better Business Bureau's web site. I invite everyone to do the same. Here is the link:

That comes straight from the BBB. They have a BBB score of "F" which is the worst possible with over 30 complaints from non-received goods alone.

Thankfully I only spent about $50 myself, which will be disputed with my credit card company obviously. I will give the Perch Store the required 30 days and then I will file a formal complaint with the BBB, dispute the charge, file a complaint with the state attorney, and take every single action I can possibly take to have their business license pulled.

In the mean time, I can confirm with experience, DO NOT EVER USE THE PERCH STORE FOR ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't give up hope, Jannici. I finally got my order and I've been hearing from people that use Avian Avenue's site that some of them are too. It's horrible customer service and I will never order from there again, but don't give up hope yet on getting your order. Thanks for the reassurance Tony, but at this point i'm losing all faith. I placed my order on 3/22 and it's 4/14. This is absurd. I can't do anything until 4/23 anyway, so "Joey" has until then. I have been emailing him every day with no response. If I don't get my order by that time, I will see his business license pulled. It will be easy to do with laundry list of complaints against his business and a BBB score of "F". The time has come for ThePerchStore.net to close it's doors forever. Joey has no clue what he is doing.

As of April 26th 2010, I have not received my order. I also have not relieved any kind of communication at all from Theperchstore.net

I ordered on March 22nd 2010, which I think everyone will agree with me, I have waited long enough. I just called my credit card company to dispute the charge, and I will now file complaints with the BBB and the Attorney General.

I know this is an old thread but...... I used to order from them and never had a problem until the end of last year. I never did get my last two orders shipped and they never replied to emails or phone calls. I don't think they are even in business any longer, you can't pull up their website. But the good news is that I switched to www.superparrots.com and am very happy. All of my orders ship out within 24 hours and they email tracking numbers and even send an email when the package has been delivered to my house. Hopefully they will continue with the good service. And the best part is that they are actually cheaper than what I was paying and give free shipping.

Don't even try to go to their site. Thank god for my new computer, the website "requires" a username and password AND my Norton blocked malware from the site.

Donna - Thank you for offering an alternative site to order from. Maybe you should start a thread saying that you had a good expierence with them.

WHEW Glad to see they are gone , I saw Joey made an appearance here to try and save face ! But it did not work .. I think they are finally gone good riddance !!!
