I'm in the exact same situation. Placed an order 03/22/2010 and I haven't gotten my order. In fact, I never received a conformation email or anything like that. My credit card was charged on the 22nd for sure. I can confirm that the numbers listed on the web site are disconnected. I emailed through the site AND emailed through Outlook using the supplied email address on their website for "joey". Never heard back!
Obviously this site is a complete and total scam. I looked them up on the Better Business Bureau's web site. I invite everyone to do the same. Here is the link:

That comes straight from the BBB. They have a BBB score of "F" which is the worst possible with over 30 complaints from non-received goods alone.
Thankfully I only spent about $50 myself, which will be disputed with my credit card company obviously. I will give the Perch Store the required 30 days and then I will file a formal complaint with the BBB, dispute the charge, file a complaint with the state attorney, and take every single action I can possibly take to have their business license pulled.
In the mean time, I can confirm with experience, DO NOT EVER USE THE PERCH STORE FOR ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
