AFrican Grey Redish Foot

My greys foot seems a little irritated, tiny little cuts from his beek. Can I put like triple antbiotic oinment or something on it?

The only thing I'd use w/o a vet's recommendation is aloe straight from a cut leaf. But feet are so critical to a bird's well-being that I would have an avian vet look at him if he were mine.
