red rump nest box question

I was just wondering what size, style, size of entrance hole everyone is using for red rumps.

    I don't own or breed red rumps, but I'd say a wooden nestbox for budgies, english/show/exhibition budgies, or cockatiels would due quite well.

    I'm using the cockatiel sized hole. and having some modest success.

    Cockatiel boxes are perfect for red rumps, keet boxes are too small

    I use a box that is only 8 inches square and 12 inches deep.

    I agree mine love the tiel size box. I had to take it down this month, they wouldn't stop breeeding.

    The biggest you can afford with toys and perches of different sizes the more the room then the bird can exercise its wings and play and have plenty of room to enjoy him or herself.Always go to the biggest you can afford.
