Where can I buy that cage from?

Postby Bird_cage on Mon Jan 07, 2008 10:23 am

I have 6 finches and I liked for them HQ cage GA13221 which I saw at www.birdscomfort.com . I just made a decision to buy it when I came across to the following website: www.hqbirdcages.com . Both websites look pretty much alike but the price of the cage on the first website is $89 and on the second one is $118 (transport is included). It’s possible the price that birdscomfort offer to be similar to the price offered by hqbirdcages when the shipping cost is added. Basically my problem is not about the price but which site should I choose to buy from. Please, give me any advice if you have information about these sites or have bought eventually from there before. I suppose that cage should be appropriate for my 6 finches, don’t you think?

This web site describes how to shop for the correct cage for finches. http://www.robirda.com/flight.html

I always try to buy a cage that is longer than it is tall since finches prefer to fly horizontally rather than vertically. If you buy a tall cage you end up with a lot of unused space in the lower half of the cage.

Re: the two web sites you posted.....I think both sites belong to the same company. Personally, I wouldn't buy from them since I prefer to know where a company is located and where the cage is being shipped from. I also like to have a phone number so that I can contact them directly for customer service. I choose to pass over any site that has email as the only 'contact'.
I'm curious as to why you have birdscomfort.com listed as your website in your profile?

If you're interested in having a custom cage made, powdercoated either white or black, contact www.qualitycage.com. Their prices are very reasonable.
