I just adopted an older, blind male Eclectus from a local rescue shelter. My Vet suggested trying to find his hatching information by his band. If anyone could help me I would apreciate it. His band says he was bred in central Iowa, RLA is the breeder initials and his number is 16. He is a very sweet bird but has been mal nurished. I could use any help possible. thanks alot.
