Hey guys, I just got a breeder pair of SI Eclectus. The female already laid one egg and is sitting on the eggs. I need to know what kind of food beside vegetable(green peas, brocoli, corn kernel, and carrot) should I give them so that the female can be healthy laying eggs. What kind of seed is best for them that is available at my local store?

Congrats on acquiring ekkies! They are the awesomest! 
Most breeders recommend a pelleted diet in addition to a variety of fruits and veggies as the base diet. I use Zupreem Fruitblend. The pelleted foods contain perfect nutrition in every bite and are superior to seed mixes.
