I'm not sure. You might be right (haven't seen that in a while) Me & my husband thought about names for quite a while. Part of the reason we picked Gus is because we thought it would be easy for him to say. And it is. He says it ALL the time.
But never just once. Its always a string of 4 or 5 (Gus Gus Gus Gus Gus). It's hilarious. At first he wouldn't talk in front of us. Now, he has lost ALL his inhibitions. He goes on these little rants..."Gus Gus Gus, pretty bird, squawk, whistle, step up, step up, step up, dirty bird, squawk, ca caw, Hi." He's like our very own little schizophrenic! LOLI'm gonna get a y-s green cheek too, in a couple of months.
I'm sure you'll enjoy him. They've got a lot of personality in a tiny little package. Gus always has us laughing.
