Do you spend one one one with your bird each day? What do you do?

I've been trying to devote 20 to 30 minutes a day one on one with Max, but some days only spend about 15 minutes one on one with her. I don't think this is enough, but was curious to here how much time you spend one on one with your bird. (Often we cuddle for hours).

I try to allow my conure to have at least an hour of direct interaction every day. (Some days he gets more.) I let him play on / around me while we watch TV after supper...

Max is out all day, and her cage is withing 1ft of my desk. (Where I usually sit when I'm on here and studying.)

Is is important to have 1 hour continues dirrect attention. (One on one play time.) or can it be broken up, 15 minutes here, 20 minutes there..

Any suggestions as to stop her from hating my fiance? How about getting her more accustom to new people?? (She doesn't act badly, I just don't want bad habits developing. )
