Have you tried "disguising" the pellets? Add them to some birdy bread; that might tempt your fid... Try different types of pellets (Zupreem, Harrison, Roudybush, etc.) Birds have favorites, too, and even though they might turn their nose up at one brand of pellet doesn't mean they might do the same to the rest.

My nanday rescue refused to eat pellets also. I mixed seed into the pellets and every day I put less seed in until he was off seed completely.
It took me 6 months.He now only gets seed from my hand as treats.
