Saw this listing on craigslist. Just wondering what you thought about this poor bird....

"He is wild caught from the jungle, has plucked himself naked, is loud, eats seed. He is healthy.
I know doesn't sound like a great bird but but I am truthful!
He will come with a cage. $150 "

If he has no toys in his cage, and/or he's got health problems, that would probably be why he plucked himself bald. Seed in itself is not healthy, and if he really is wild caught (can't tell from the pic) then he'd be at least 17 years old. There's not much in the picture, but it looks like he's got poor perches, no toys, and a bad cage. Personally, I would believe that he's got some health issues.
