I made a way over due phone call to Carolyn. She was with John in his hospital room. She says she has it all decorated for spring. For those of you that don't know John and Carolyn...(Wilma' s Night Before Christmas )...John was striken with Guillian Barre Syndrome almost 2 years ago...It's been such a long road. He is off the vent during the day now...and I got to speak to him. He is still about 90% paralyzed... but can say a few words..he still has his amazing sense of humor and was trying to give me a conure...they have several sun conures...Maggie too is doing good...thanks to our JJoe, who so kindly, sent...what Carolyn says...enough toys to last a life time.....Maggie got to go to school yesterday... It was Pirate day....and Carolyn dress up, and Maggie was with her...what's a pirate day without a parrot??? right??
Any how...it's still a long road for them....
