I will start :)

14 yo bare eyed cockatoo.

I picked him up off his cage. He wasn't ready for me to move away from his nest, he wanted me inside with him *Hormonal bite*

This doesn't look so bad then. It is still here, cookie & red along with VERY sore! Bite happened on 12/24/07 == today being 1/8/08

My Triton was a rehomed bird. Her first owner was a female, but it turned out that she preferred men! Our first year or so was sometimes difficult, although she very rarely bit me. One time, I was cuddling her on the couch, and she bit me on the face. Luckily, it wasn't too bad, and I don't have any scars (there at least). I was discouraged though and considered finding a new home for her. I didn't. We eventually became very close. Ironically, in the end, she was the one bird I trusted NOT to bite me. She would hang out on her cage, and I could walk over to kiss her beak.

I do have a couple scars on my hands from one of my African Greys. When he went through his terrible twos, it was not a fun time, but we got through it.

Not to long ago I came home from work and got into my 'comfies' (sweats, sports bra, t-shirt). Got my Goffin Annie and put her in her tree next to my couch. I laid down to let the day drain off of me........Annie jumps down from the tree onto my chest and BAM!!!!!!!!!!!!! Bit me on the nipple!!!! :x No pictures of it though :P I jumped up so fast....I was in PAIN!!!!
