I've told some of you about Lucky's bad language and guess what happened when Catie was on a phone interview!?! Then on another phone interview Lucky starts screaming "LET ME OUTTA HERE!!! YOU BETTER LET ME OUTTA HERE!!!" Catie decided to just keep the job she has.
Going into another room does no good, that bird screams and talks so loud!

That is a hoot. As far as something strange or embarrassing that the bird has said while I've been on the phone is when he starts singing "Hit the road, Jack." Fortunately he hasn't graced the telephone with his "pull my wing" routine.

Sue, is the "pull my wing" joke what I probably think it is?

Yep. The second line is "Oops, I farted." We have my husband to thank for teaching Baggins this little jewel.

The more I'm involved with this bird stuff, the more I'm reminded of when my kid was 2.

If you can handle a bird, you can handle a kid. We should make all kids prove themselves on one before they can go on to the other. The only question is, start 'em on the bird or the kid...

I have 2 U2's and 1 M2- they all start to scream and talk when I 'm on the phone.

From " Close the door, were u born in a barn" to "Ok smart butt, now what are u gonna do??". They try o out do each other, so I end up out on the deck, trying to carry on a conversation w/ a "real' person. LOL

It's interesting that it seems like we are all treated with some disrespect while we are on the telephone. LOL

Kritter Krazey Kracker, I was noticing your location. How did you fare during your hurricane? I remember your city took one of the major hits. How did you handle caring for your 'toos?
