This is why I refer to them as our feathered Kids! Who eles can cause so much and still be so loved and cherished?

I don't even buy my cockatoo any toys anymore. He/She makes them on her own! I bought the toy beads and different objects to make my own toys since they only last about 10 mins and cost $20. (It seemed like such a waste.) So I made my own toy and all that was left was a piece of rope and some beads after a short time. Well, I guess I didn't put it back together soon enough because she grabbed the leftovers and strung the beads and knotted them to the rope herself!! Then after all the pieces are put back together she takes it apart again. It goes on for days!

I can't say that really surprises me. Those guys are so smart and so mechanically adept. LOL
