Wow, this has really impressed me and has given me a really good feeling that Rosie's new Dr really does care about his patients... So her appt with him was on Aug 28th. Exactly a week from her appt her Dr's office called to ask how she was doing.. Today (a little over 2 weeks later) her dr's office called again to see how she was doing and get an update on her.. I feel really good about this.. I have never had a Dr's office follow up with me, they will tell me to call them back but I have never had one call me not once but twice after the appt. After 2 weeks I wouldn't think that they would be concerned anymore or even remember that she had been seen there.. I hope this is a very good sign...

Sounds to me like you found a winner RM. I can truthfully say my vet, Dr. Walker is in that class also. He really does care about his patients, and he's called me after a visit for a follow up, especially with Ginger. She was a very sick little birdie.

Yes, I am so impressed with this dr I was impressed with the first call back but the 2nd call back really surprised me. Your right, maybe it was a blessing in disguise that her other Dr was rude to us.
