Awww that's sweet! Sammy throws a bit of a fit if he feels that it's too early for him to go to his cage for the night. He likes to make that decision for himself instead of me making it for him. He likes to sit on my leg until he's sleepy and then he walks over to his cage and gets on his favorite perch for the night. Mac on the other hand doesn't wait for me to put him in for the night. He likes his sleep and boy does he hate to be disturbed when he's sleeping! Rosie just wanted a little more momma time before going to sleep!

Hormones.
Eddie is super cuddly when she is hormonal (or super grouchy!)Sometimes she just doesn't want me tos top cuddling her or rubbing her head.

Gosh, Noel, do I wish Casper was like that? She HATES to go to bed. She wants to stay out and sleep on one of us. Sometimes, she will just be sitting on the coffee table, dozing. When we go to grab her for bedtime, she hisses at us! Little monster. Once she goes in though, she is quiet and drifts off. But she will never go to bed on her own.

Sounds like I have the brat bird in the group! She is over bearing, screeching, crabby, moody...then she will bow her head for a scritch!!! When I do it, she loves it! But when she wants me to stop, she hisses at me.

Do I cater to this bird, or what????

Your so lucky, I wish Billy was cuddly! He still wont acknowledge me or let me near him. His door is open most of day but wont come out unless he thinks hes going to be locked in, then he flies out, lands on cage and shakes his feathers squawking at me defiantly. Its the only time he has anything to do with me, I find it really cute though, especially when he climbs back in a few minutes later on his own. Come bedtime though he usually allows himself to be locked in.

I know Lisa....Mac is no nonsense! He will hiss at me if I disturb his sleeping. Sammy on the other hand does like Casper and fights it! Little boogers!

Man I wish Avenger were such a little cuddle bug xD I got him today though, he was sleeping on the top of his cage and I poked my pinkie finger out and slowly started rubbing his belly. He was all into it until he realized it was my limb and then went nuts.

My immediate reaction was, "Oh you're a filthy liar!" as he squawked at me. "You liked it and you know it!" xD
