It is that time of year where my tiels are going bonkers hormonally. beleive me, I do not encourage them to egg lay but it just happens.
Eddie laid 7 eggs. I take away anything that might be construed as nesting material but she still lays.
Today, she looked like she was going to lay again (her bottom was really full)I was holding, her scratching her head as I was sitting on the couch. She started to makes these little noises and I looked down. She laid an egg on my stomache!
I hope she is done !

Oh my goodness...all this egg talk is scaring me!!! I still hope that Casper puts it off for awhile. But also on the same token, as a worried Mom, I often wonder if it would be better for her to lay one and not have me worry about egg binding.

I guess I am worrying myself to death over it!

No eggs from Luna - Yippee!!!!!

She does the strangest thing lately - usually she doesn't do the squeaky "I'm ready for egg making" noise with me, she saves it for hubby. Lately he hasn't been very interactive with her so she is very excited when I get home from work. Now here is the strange part - she's does the squeaky noise when she is on the top of the back of a chair (office with fabric) or club chair I sit in.

OMG, I would have freaked. I too am soooo scared of egg binding and I hope and pray that Rosie never lays eggs. I'm so scared of that..
