That is so nice... I wouldn't mind getting rid of all of the hassle and stree of planning, but I am looking forward to a church wedding--eloping definately easier, and very romantic, and in my case, less family strife...
I am Roman Catholic, which means, pretty much, I need to get married in a church in order for the Church to recognize my marriage (with the exception for some cases i.e. "neutral" wedding location for, say a Catholic and a Jew or Muslim)--but I like the idea of all my friends and family being there to cellebrate with us. We aren't planning anything really big maybe around 100 guests (compared to my parents' wedding with 1000, that will be easy, lol). One church has some significance to me so I would like to be married there, and I want a priest from my old H.S. to marry us. I am excited, can you tell?
