you can just strip off one petal of the bok-choy and put it where she can get to it, or if she wont' try it that way, chop it up in little tiny pieces and place in a dish where she'd normally go for something. Presentation means a lot. We take the whole baby bok-choy, put it in a porcelain seed container with some cold water, and just place where they can get to it. Seems all the chicks have nibbled on it at one time or another.. you also might try mixing collard greens and the bok-choy in a dish, chopped, or just leafs and see what happens. Again, presentation can make the difference between eating and not.
