Don't worry, I only walked away for seconds at a time, and as far as the poop thing goes, I don't notice it very often, I find it only once every couple of days. They are looking for a nesting spot? really? Woody seemed to walk around more than boss and explore more. Also I sat with them for a little while and woody would do the funniest thing. He kept hopping! why did he do that I wonder? Woody is so funny when he walks on the floor----sometimes he runs to get where he wants to go quick enough and I can hear those little footsteps on the floor! I have noticed that they have been settling in for bedtime earlier these days even if I don't cover the cage. Boss never did that before, she always had to be covered to calm her down to go to sleep at night. Woody used to do it though before boss----he just used to go to bed at night whenever he wanted and didn't have his cage covered------the back corner was always covered so he was cozy back there and when he went on that one perch where he sleeps at night in the back, then you know he is ready to turn in for the night!

Hi Kim - :D That's great to hear you are going to keep her! It would break my heart to knowing they are calling to each other as they are being seperated :(

just out of curiosity... is this big poop in addition to the big morning poop? or could it be that?

Not really sure when this big poop is happening---I found it yesterday when I got home from work around 4:30 and it still seemed a bit soft so had to be somewhat recent. It's fairly good size poop, enough to make me notice before I even realized that they were mating. This one yesterday was about the forth one I have found in about a weeks time, so whatever it is, it isn't happening often.
