I'm so sorry about Huey. It sounds like he was a wonderful friend. I can understand your feelings about changing breeds. When I get another 'tiel, it will not be a normal gray- I don't think that I could bear to see the same variant as Chico. But I guess that I should never say never- it all depends on who flutters into my heart! Treasure your memories of Huey and he will always be alive and healthy in your heart.
Momma to Chico for 16 yrs 7 months, until he spread his wings and took his flight over the Rainbow Bridge

Hey Again BBird

Just wanted to say again how sorry I am about Chico. I DO hope that you eventually come to the decision to obtain a new feathered companion. I will post picks of our new boy. Have something that sounds special in the works. Will let you all know if it is going to happen. All my best to you

Freddy

John M and Freddie, I am sorry for your losses. It is hard to lose someone so close to your heart--we all feel your pain, and we mourn with you.

Freddie, I noticed that you mentioned that your baby Charlie had problems going to the bathroom? Bubba seems to have had that problem once in a while... were there other signs of illness? It might be time to take Bubba in for a check-up... now I am worried!
