We had the sexing test done while he was at the vet getting blood drawn anyway, and HE is a SHE! (Just found out 5 min ago...)

I so wanted her to be a him (dont know why--maybe the talking?)
but she is very cuddly and doesnt talk, and so I questioned it. Glad I had it done.

Well no more guessing huh!!! 
My deceased tiel (Buddie) was listed as a male when I first got her. For a year I wondered why in the world he didn't whistle or talk until I found an egg in her cage one morning. Even after seeing the egg I was in disbelief thinking someone had put it in there to fool me!! She was one sweet girl.

I actually wanted a girl!! I've heard that after they mature sexually the boys tend to be not as cuddly when the girls retain the cuddles. She is about 14 months and still loves getting under my chin
