Hello, and glad to have you aboard. The only thing I found about garlic was in this link http://www.birdsnways.com/wisdom/ww68eii.htm and did not find anything about horseradish. It appears garlic is OK in limited quantities. I'm sure there is some info somewhere, but might have to hit on some of the more scientific websites to dig up anything about it being safe/unsafe for 'tiels.
