I just wanted to thank everyone for getting back to me about Lacey. You all gave me very good advice and yes I will be taking her to my Vet. Lacey is doing great! I am still feeding her 4 to 5 times a day, she also has all kinds of food in her cage and now is trying them out. Lacey love the millet with some formula sprinkeled on top. You all have made me feel like I am not so alone. I got up this morning at 5 am, and when I raised up the cloth covering her cage she started chattering, something I have not heard from her. She was ready to eat and I gave her as much as she wanted. She fell asleep in my hands. Yes I will continue to feed her as much as she wants, but will still have all kinds of food for her to sample. She has turned out to be a beautiful bird, with a white body and a yellow head. Again I just wanted to thank everyone for the great advice!!!! A now calm mommy

I'm very happy to hear things are working out well, and you'll get her to the vet for the beak problem, as well as perhaps a "well bird checkup". I don't envy you having to feed the little one so frequently, but I can almost assure you, that baby will bond with you quickly, and definitely considers you its "mommy".
