head bobbing?

I was just wondering what bobbing their heads mean in the cockatiel world, it seems pretty random at times. Just curious is all...

In males it is usually part of the "mating dance" trying to attract a female.
In males and females, it can be a precourser (sp?) to regurgitation, a way to feed a mate or chick.
Either way, it is a normal behavior. I would take it as the bird is happy and comfortable with you.
