The weirdest thing happened to us on the east coast. We got a wind advisory but it turned out these winds had a hurricane force up to 100MPH.It was short lived but presented some serious damage. I was one of the very few who did not lose electricity. I got calls from every single one of my bird customers asking me if I had power so that they could board their birds at my house.
Well, it was a parrot party! My house was filled with bird cages. but here is my dilemna.
I was thinking about buying a generator just in case I'm not so lucky in the future.
Do any of you northern folks have one and if so, what brand would you recommend?
