Still going to probably add a canopy for her. She gets hot when the sun is out!

That is the cutest thing. I have to rig something up like that for my guys. We could all enjoy geting out of the house while the weather is nice.

Love on the Wing is having their big annual sale tomorrow. Maybe I can find a cute little cage like that and make a little bird taxi - ha ha.

Hey, maybe you could make a couple to sell at a bird fair or flea market. It wouldn't have to be just for birds.

That's cool Michelle!

We have a small cage for each of the birds that we use when we want to walk them. We live in a rural area and never know when a dog will run up to us, or even a kid. So I like to hold Daisy up high and close to me, she feels a bit more secure that way. These are small, so it's easy to do it and used only for walks.

The shade idea is a good one!

Have fun!

TOO cute (the stroller, and cages on the table).
I also have one cage for outside that I put on my patio table (I need another now that I just got my baby WBC) but anyway, I put netting over the cage - I am worried about bugs - something flying around and biting one of my guys. Here in S. Florida, ya never know what is flying around.
THEN, I don't have to worry. They are safe outside on the table, and I don't have to worry they are going to get bitten by some flying thing. It doesn't really obstruct THEIR view just mine, a little.
Right now its too hot to have them outside really.....temp about 90 and humid.....but I'll have to take a new pic of them outside with the net.
See ya,
Shari

Michelle, that came out great!!! It's adorable, and Lola looks pretty darn comfortable! You'll have to let us know what the neighbors think. :D

Michelle, the "Caique Cruiser" looks great and so much fun. I can just imagine the comments from people seeing you out for a walk! I want one! Why don't you go into business?

Hey all! thanks for the comments!

I took her out the other day.. stopped by work with her and all the people loved her. Little kids were blowing her kisses and everyone was like "look at the parrot in a stroller!!" She had fun showing off!

Neighbors haven't really said anything yet. My one neighbor saw us walking and he thought it was cool.

As far as going into business, it's too expensive to get a patent and market it and as far as filing for a patent as a private citizen, my stoller idea has already been done. I did a patent search and found one that looks just like hers! So for now, it's just one Caique Cruiser! LOL
