Question on Lola's Travel Cage

Postby Kmoore on Thu Jul 19, 2007 6:35 am

Hi Lola -- would you mind sharing what travel cage your Mom got for you? I have seen similar ones but the bars are too far apart  I think the stroller Mr Anthony built just for you is great too  You sure have a super Mom and Dad.

I have been traveling quite a bit with Yankee. For safety, I suggest a rope perch and rather than hard food dishes, plastic or just sprinkle her food on the floor. In place of water, I slice up apples and oranges. Have fun!

What size did you get her?

Thanks for the link...I just got back in town (husband in hospital) so this is the first I've seen your post. According to the link the medium is over 1" bar spacing but the small is 5/8" spacing and a size sufficient for a grey. Did you get the small one...I noticed a later posting said the medium. I saw a similar collaspable but the bar spacing allowed a caique to put it's head through. Sorry for the many questions :( I wouldn't mind the price for the convenience and of course the added handle :D

I assume Lola has made her maiden voyage already -- hope all went great!
