Does anyone know of any good Caique Breeders in Northern CA? I have no experience with caiques, but understand they are full of personality and are very funny. I don't know the difference between the black headed and white bellied (they both seem to have white bellies to me). Anyway, whichever type has the most outgoing personality is what I am looking for in a pet.

Hey - I know of no one in CA that I can recommend. I bought Cisco from DJ Feathers in VA. They do ship and our boy Cisco is an absolute joy. She has had great success and has MANY positive reviews. There is no difference in personality between the two genus of Caique. You will get a wonderful companion bird either way.
