Hi guys.
Happy new year to all u guys. Hope u had a good one. i sure did.

got a small problem.

when i bought my crested budgie it was like a full crest.lots of feathers on the head going in all directions.After molting i noticed that the crest has reduced.now only the feathers in the front are goin foward like a cockateil.......how is this possible. no matter what i still love that guy still the same.am only angry that i paid lot of money to get a full crested budgie............but i think its a tuu crest. but is this possible?

How long has it been since the molt? Maybe the feathers have just not had time to grow in yet. It can take a while and they don't all necessarily grow back at once. Maybe you'll find the full crest returning gradually. I hope so!

its been a month almost now.before the crest was like a full circle.now the feathers at the back of the head have come out normal.and the ones in front have come out like a cockatiel. its like a semicircular i guess.

i saw an albino crested budgie with red eyes...wow amazin.
