My male budgie plucked around the female's eye until there are no feathers. I have separated them but would like to know if I can use Neosporin or a similar, safe product on the irritated looking skin around her eye?

I think you should ask your avian vet if you need to give the bird Baytril.

I had a finch with an abrasion near her eye a few years ago. The vet gave me an antibiotic eye drop to use as other items are not safe near the eye.
