Your best bet is to contact say like L & M Leg Band here in California, if the leg band was imprinted through L & M then they could have a contact number - so give them the leg and code and all and give that a try ... http://home.earthlink.net/~lmbird/

This is a shot in the dark but in searching... for a D & M name search, I come up with this one website but they show mostly Cockatiels and Parakeets but I can not tell that they show the Lineolated, does not look like they are Lineolated. If you read on their About Us page the man's name starts with a D and the lady's name starts with a M. It may not be the one you are looking for.
