Is Pluck No More a no no for breeding birds?

Seriously!?!? No one knows? This isn't about them plucking each other, but themselves, they were pluckers before paired and was started on PNM. They have both just begun to respond and unfortunately started to work the nest box too. I want to know if it is safe to keep giving it to them.

I have no idea. But maybe them going in the nest box had something to do with them not plucking and not the PNM.

I tried the PNM on our mutilating Citron. While on it she wasn't herself. But I thought if she's not mutilating I can deal with these other issues. Well about 2 months into it she ripped a larger hole in her chest and I stopped using it. Turns out something at the Dollar Store worked for her. Whisk brooms!! She destroys them and not her chest
