It's normal for birds to not eat much for the first day or two. It's a new place, and many feel unsure of their surroundings. After that they usually start to settle in. How long has Tiko been weaned for?

You might want to consider getting some handfeeding formula that Tiko was on to feed him just in case he regresses and needs comfort food. Or you could cook up some sweet potatos, carrots, mash em, maybe add in some bananas and other soft foods and feed this warmed up (but not hot). You can try offering this off of a spoon or from a dish inside the cage.
