: I have a ten week parrotlet whose two toes curl inward toward each foot. The other two babies are fine. It does perch and get around with a bit of difficulty or clumsiness. I wonder if it will improve with time. It seems the curl ever so slightly but it is clear to see that it is causing some problems. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance. Mary

There are several things that could have caused this. The curled toes may straighten just a bit, but chances are they will not. Your best bet would be to consult with a avian veterinarian, as sometimes corrective measures can be done, if undertaken early.
