I got my Cockatiel this Chistmas. He is cinnamon coloured. I have spent alot of time with him just talking and tying to touch him. He is fine with me rubbing him with my head but the minute my finger or hand goes near him he hisses and bites (hard). He has had his wings clipped. What can l do l am really confused.
