i tried to tape his leg down when he was just a week old . i kept trying, but he became frantic as if it hurt him. so i gave up. he seems fine otherwise, but can a vet fix it with surgery ? or just let him live like he is. he tries to get around and seems ok, but it breakes my heart. any advice would be helpful. thank you. loretta
